That Time of Year Again!?!?

Cinco de Mayo is back and that could mean only one thing…  Paco’s Birthday Show.

For the past few years, we have celebrated The Burning Halo’s bass player’s birthday with a rocking show.

This year’s festivities will be upstairs at The Blue Moose Taphouse.  The night will start out with The BurningHalos. That way Paco can enjoy his birthday.

Next up is our good friends The Sullivan Gang.  Matt and the boys always throw down.

And to close out the night, we are pleased to be joined by Matthew Grimm and The Red Smear.  Should be a great celebration that all fans of rock and or roll will enjoy.  Get there around 9.

The Burning Halos are having their friends The Sullivan Gang and The Dirty American Playboys join them at Iowa City’s Mill for a night of Rawk and Roll! Starting the night out will be an intimate set with Justin Alan Cox from Iowa City Badboys The BadFathers. Should be a proper night of insanity.

The Burning Halos have been working on some new tracks for this show, and seem to be heading in a new direction with our sound. I hope all are as excited as we are!

Elvis Show 2010!!!!

The Burning Halos will be on the lineup for the 12th Annual Elvis Tribute and Benefit.  This will the third year in a row for the current incarnation of The Burning Halos and the fourth year for Jeremy.

This year the Elvis Tribute and Benefit will be moving to The Mill.  It’s January 8th and the cover is $3 or a can of food.  The show benefits the Iowa City Crisis Center.  Mutton chops not required for entrance.
